Freedom. Fire. Language. Communion. Communication. I can easily track down the moment when I became fascinated by it, almost obsessed: it was a cassette, a present from my saxophone teacher in south Argentina -a cassette that contained the sweet fire of John Coltrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\">Throughout my career, I learned different languages. I traveled from jazz and free jazz to contemporary free improvisation. Every place I lived, toured, visited, and people I met gave me something new, fresh flavors to taste, discover, and enjoy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\">I am still in the quest for new sounds in spontaneous creations, so besides my artistic research and my heavy composition projects, I run different groups where I wonder and wander through the colorful paths of improvisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls src=\"http:\/\/crozzoli.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/improv-small-video2.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:65px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><strong>ESTABLISHED PROJECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><em>Duende is a <\/em><strong><em>South-American-Scandinavian-based<\/em><\/strong><em> Free Improvising group. Through our saxophones, guitar, and electronics, we shape <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>sound world unique to the place in intimate relation to the audience&#8217;s energy.<\/strong> We seek to express the emotions that we feel and create by being together in the same space: Duende, the audience, the stage, the city, the forest. <strong>All breathing together.<\/strong><br><br>We create a sounding <strong>electronic soundscape<\/strong>, that travels between distorted high peaks and smooth immersive sound waves.
